I ordered Fibroslim on June 11th, 2009 and was charged right away on my credit card after a phone order was placed. When I got my bill in July, I called the phone number of DMC communications (the name it is billed under) and they said that my order was shipped a few days prior to that call. I called again today and the number is disconnected and when I went on their website, nobody answers the number that is listed there. I called my credit card company and did a dispute because it is now 7 weeks later and no sign of the fibroslim product. So...do not order this product!!!

Please do not buy any diet pills anymore, and specially women as it change the body chemical and you can lose weight first but when you stop you get it back and sometimes mores. As i told you these company are scam and if you think every body will pay $20 for express shipping you are stupid or you work for that company. Do not get scam anymore and lose all your money. Just use this money to do acupuncture as it can be done without needles, or hypnosis as it make your body heal naturally without side effect. If you are overweight instead of snack try to eat fruits, and balance your food. Stressing about what you eat make matter worst that is why you eat more. Try to do meditation or yoga and go for walks, as you must enjoy your work out not feel burden to do it. Women body is so different from man, it is more difficult. Before you go to sleep drink a glas of hot water with half a lime juice and in the morning a cup of green tea with half a lime again. Just enjoy life, be happy, as if we are happy our body stability is restored. I have tried so many pills, got one time scam, i do not want anybody to go through it. I have learn if you got a baby and cannot lose weight you must realign your organ as we give birth they tend to go down and make us have a jelly belly, so through acupunture they can do it now. Do any natural medicine to lose weight stop enriching these companies which i think is the same but just the name that change.

Fibroslim=called the radio station that advertised the product in Toronto. Telephone down due to storm in Quebec. Site open now with a Montreal number. Received my product today. Will let you know the results .

I live in Toronto and ordered my fibroslim online on June 16th and my visa was charged on June 18th. The website states DELIVERY POLICY: 7 TO 21 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING OF YOUR LOCATION., so when my order had not arrived by July 20th, I emailed the company and received a response the following day telling me that my order had shipped on June 23rd and would take 7-21 business days. Taking this into account, my order should have arrived by July 22nd at the very latest, so when it didn't, I emailed again but received no reponse! On Monday, 3rd August after sending 2 more unanswered emails, I decided to call the number on the website, 1-450-430-8809 to threaten legal action. This number just leads to a call center for multiple companies, but after explaining my situation to Amanda on the other end of the line, she placed me on hold (so that she could contact the company) for about 3 minutes before coming back to me saying that company was working at reduced staffing levels and were exceptionally busy which is why they had not responded to my mails, but that they would send me out an express delivery at their expense. She then called me back within the hour to give me my tracking number and 3 days later my shipment FINALLY arrived after almost 8 weeks! I could have walked to Quebec faster!!! The pills are pretty big, and although the website mentions taking one capsule in the morning and one at night, the bottle tells you to take 2-4 pills 1 HOUR before each meal in English, but only 30 MINUTES before each meal in the French translation! Do French speakers have a better metabolism??? Anyway, I started taking the pills yesterday, but after finding and reading this site, I hold out little hope that they will work, but fingers crossed! I'll keep you posted!!!

I just read the lastest posting , as i see you are one among us now who has been dumb enough to trust these company who i do think is the same but they keep on changing name. Last week i was looking at a magazine to my surprise the diet pill that i bought a year ago call zyatrim has change the name but have the same publicity, that show you what they are doing, changing maybe the form or the name of the pill and continue scamming people and when the word is out that these pill are not good they just change the name, that is how they operate. Just see the article on oprah, girls about the bioidentical progesterone cream and view if you suffer from any of these condition. This was the best answer i got to my condition as for now, cause it treat severe pms. Just do research on this product and fine for yourself the benefit. Just stop with pills as they destroy women hormonal balance, that is too bad as many women does not know this nd this can help many people, so just go and test your estrogen and progesterone level if you want to be sure and pass the word.

I ordered on 6/15/09 because I had not seen all this. This is 8/17 and have not received. They have answered my calls and emails up until today and assured me it was going or had gone out. Today both numbers have been disconnected and my money is gone. Sad part is I have taken a product with similar ingredients and it worked but unable to find again.

I am having the same issue with them. I placed my order June 4, called them in the middle of July when they told me it shipped on June 25th. I asked from where it was shipped and was told Canada. I now that sometimes things get held up in customs so said I would wait a little longer. I tried calling today and phone is disconnected. I sent them another email (they didn't respond to the last one a few weeks ago). Will dispute charge with credit card company, perhaps they can resolve the issue and give my money back. Wish I had seen this sight before.

My situation sounds the same. I ordered the product on June 15 and was told ordering time was 7-21 business days. I called near the end of July and the girl on the other end asked me if I wanted my $$ back or if I wanted the product re-shipped. I confirmed the address she had and said she could ship it again. She told me it would take another 6-12 business days. It's now been 10 business days and I just tried to find their website again so I could call to check and the website is down and then I found this website and am just feeling sick to my stomach that we've probably all been scammed.

Regarding Fibroslim: they took my money, did not send my product and did not give me back my money. All of their phone numbers are no longer in service yet they still advertise and sell their product. DON'T give them any money. I lost my money and know I will never get it back now. What a waste!

My god, this company is frauding so much, no one can stop them caus they keep on changing names, pills name and they are making money on the head of those who wishes so much to lose weight. For women just the simple things can help donèt deprive yourself but just find alternative of the foods you like for example if you crave for coke just take sparkling water with fresh juice you like, preferably pure grape juice s it contain resveratrol. Stress is the worst thing, so try meditation, prayer or listening to music. pms is worst as you have bloating and agitated, moody and feel that nothig is good, it is because your level of estrogen is too high, and take bioidentical progesterone cream but try one that donèt have paraben, and beware of any product who has it, it can be shampoo, creme or laundry detergent or even cleaning, try bio products. And for the bloating tro dandelion tea it flush water retention. If you want great product at great price just go to the website: well.ca, they ship any product you like free and you also have discount and not expensive at all as you can compare their price to those of you stores. If you have paid by visa just when you cancel take the person name and the cancellation number, after that contact visa to be sure that these people return your money and alert visa of this company fraud so that other people do not get stuck. Think everything that is natural is good for your body, like fruits, vegetables and plant base remedies.
