I actually had pretty good luck with them in getting my credit - I just received my credit card statement and the credit was applied. So, for the person that it did not work for - here is an email address that I had, and they did respond. Biohealth Institute [[email protected]] Hope that helps.

I ordered it, and recieved a padded envelope with an add for another product by the same company. The number for the company only responds in French before it disconnects me. This is definently a scamm, does anyone know how to get in contact with this company?

I ordered 4 bottles of Fibroslim on 2 -4-09. On 2-17-09 a company in Laval, Canada cashed my check for $115.00 and I have never received a product. I have written to the following address taken from the back of the check without any results.: Montreal Processing Cnt, 2540 Boul Daniel Johnson, Laval, Canada

This is the biggest scam and I've been taken just like most of you. Just Beware and be careful, nothing is what it seems.

What is this? Fibroslim doesn't work. False advertisement and labeling inaccurate (misbranded and adulterated). I was not sent a red capsule, I was sent Gray tablets and one week I didn't lose a pound. This is totally a scam and I will take to better business bureau. How do you take the pill. One article says one in the morning and one at night., However, the bottle states 2 -4 with a glass of water 30 minutes prior to each meal. Fibroslim get your act together.....I know this isn't approved by FDA, since they would never approve this due to mislabeled product........

p.s. If you want to try a diet pill. The one I want to get. It's called Fucothin at the health food store near you. It's by Jordan Reuban. He's a nutritionist and the scientist who came up with this pill spent about 7 years developing it. He died before He could see it in sold to the public. Jordan only stands for the best. God Bless!

thanks everyone for your input. You all saved me from being scammed. i think I will just go on a diet. Has anyone ever heard of pain free in one day? . I was told of this site by a friend. He's older and has been on this diet and has lost 20 lbs. Basically the diet is about not eating certain foods together. Like no past plus meat. only pasta and veggies. He said there's been studies about how you shouldn't eat certain foods together because you won't get the nutrients from them. like fruit. you should eat it by itself otherwise you won't get the nutrients from it. and your bowel movements won't be right if you eat wrong. He says he feels so much better with more energy.

i ordered fibroslim same results as the rest bur get this. This company now is using a diffent name for the pill and is located out of Lethbridge Alberta. New pill called Excel Plus. Is there not something we can do about this.

Just as an update - I tried the product for about 3 weeks, and it did nothing for me. I had purchased 2 bottles for $66 total, which included shipping (I am in Canada). I did email them, and they suggested altering amounts,etc. but it did not work. So, I have returned the product - the unopened bottle as well as the remaining pills in the other bottle. They have told me they would credit my card with $59 (the 66 less $7 administration fee). It cost me about $15 to send it back (I also wanted it signed for when it was returned).
So this experience cost me about $22 (assuming the credit goes through OK), and I am now going to Weight Watchers. I guess I learned a lesson from all this, as I would never order anything again that seems too good to be true (because it probably isn't). Good luck to the rest of you.

I too received a brochure that seemed to good to be true. I Googled and found that the Fibroslim website has only been around since 11/08.....check this out:
