I want to know if I can get pregnant with fibroid when I use m-2 tone? I am 40yrs of age and desperate for a baby.

Can I use M2tone I'm 40years and my menses is coming out tomorrow being 8th of August 2018and as well get pregnant on my ovulation days same this month.
