Hello,

According to the DEA Fetanly is a synthetic opioid. These drugs are used as a pain reliever. This drug is a schedule II narcotic.

They report that these drugs are extremely potent and often only require a small amount to result in severe adverse reactions. In addition these drugs can be inhaled or absorbed through the skin which makes them a danger to not only to the user but also those in the general area who come in contact with the drug.
