150mgs, that's why it's included in the name and there are also several other nutrients in them, Vitamin C, Folic Acid, Vitamin B 12 and Succinic Acid.

The dose of the added vitamins and the ones included is different between the two formulations available, but the amount of iron is the same in both.

Since it contains iron, it may cause nausea, constipation and darkened stool.
