Fentanyl Cutting Down

I started on patch about 3 years at 50 then 75 now on 50 again alSO TAKE neurotoxin and tramadol. Will soon step down to 25 I no the w/d symptoms dreading them. However I think I m ready . Will have a party when I come off .all invited.
