Hello, Marlin! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain.
It could be that this medication doesn't work for you. Not all medications work for everyone that tries them.
Have you ever tried Oxycodone? According to the FDA, it's stronger than Morphine and is available in time released formulations that may give you better pain control. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
