Fenpar Side Effects Cetrizen

Suffering from sore nostrils (inside) and a slightly painful swollen gland to my throat's left (tonsil), I visited a pharmacist who prescribed fenpar and cetrizen, which she advised was an anti-histamine.

However, a few hours later that evening, rashes emerged mainly on my upper chest and neck. These were characterized by much itching. Needless, I stopped any further intake of the medication.

What could have caused the rashes? I've scoured the net and don't seem to find any association of Fenpar with itching. Nor of Cetrizen.

I'm writing two days later - the rashes have disappeared although I get occasional feelings of itchiness in the neck and sometimes arms.

I suspect the sore nostrils could have been caused by fumes from a car dashboard spray that my 3-year old had sprayed in the car a couple of days ago. But he doesn't seem affected even though I rode in the car with him when the smell of the spray was strong.
