what are the side effects of this tablet? Can it cause weight gain & a decrease in sex drive?

I was diagnosed with endometriosis, in order to help me I was asked to purchase the contraceptive yasmin or femiane. I have been doing my research and I notice the side effectsto both pills is headache and nausea, and i have migraine. Do I have any other options?
