False Positive For Pcp

Can I get a false positive for PCP if I take tramadol? I am on several medications and my drug test is saying positive for PCP.

A lot of over the counter cold medicines will cause a false positive for pcp including ones that contain a drug called dextromethorphan. I have tested positive while using this medication. I've never even used pcp or saw it in real life.
