well my urine came up positive for morphine/codeine and I know dang well I didn't take neither. Im allergic to codeine at that.What else could cause this to give a false positive?

Was in prison for years. I was given Tylenol#3 which has codeine. once released I did a test in pain management days later. I tested positive for morphine. there's no way I could have tested positive for morphine and not test positive for the codeine. i never took any morphine. companies need to stop cutting corners for cost. there's test that are more accurate but cost more. and if you test positive on the these test. it is what it is. these companies test everything as direct and specific. if morphine showed up. it means they tested and ruled out as it being anything but morphine. these tests are sent out just for cases like these especially when on parole. its a safety net.
