False Positive Drug Test For Ecstasy

I had an emergency c-section and when my sons urine test came back it was positive for ecstasy. I have never even seen what Ecstasy looks like much less would I take it. Well now Dhr is investigating me and doesn't want to allow my baby to come home until they figure out what caused the false positive for ecstasy. I was prescribed wellbutrin throughout my pregnancy and still currently take it. Is wellbutrin known to cause a false positive for ecstasy? I am heartbroken my son can't come home. Any information will help. Thank you.
