Fake Oxycodone South Florida
UpdatedThere are so many fake oxycondones out right now!!! I'm from Baltimore Maryland but am now residing in south Florida on the treasue coast. Baltimore has a lot of fake ones especially mbox 30s those are always a red flag to me anywhere. I'm not 100% sure but someone told me that the pharmacy doesn't even make them anymore and if they give them to u they are left overs. But everyone has them. Anyways the reason I'm writing this post is because my friend just died here in Florida from fake a215 .. it's so sad.. mostly everyone in Florida abuses them which I do not. The a215 down here which are fake are so poorly made and the people who do them I guess don't care because it f***s them up.. I recently discovered from a home diagnostic kit as well as will a lot of diligent research that they contain nothing but fentanyl... it's a epicadimic... another person I know had to be rushed to the hospital ....they are everywhere and some people that sell them call the Canadian 30s... and say they F*** u up more please beware people they all have fentanyl in them or another downer like dope.. so if u normally do one or two 30s and do one fake a215 u have a big chance of dieing if not oding.. please beware people and if u have to second guess don't get them even if your sick.. I just hope I can save a life but writing this... most our mbox and and I've seen a lot of a215s please if u have to second guess do not take them... there are so many fakes. When I see them now I always evaluate one with the kit.. which wastes one but could save ur life. This has been a huge wake up call to me and I'm in the process of stopping with suboxone..if there is anything off with them do not take them. one tell tale sign is the lines in the back of the pill.. when u look at the front and then flip to the back the line should be centered and ONLY go one way.. some that are down here all go different ways when u look at the front and flip them directly over.. some are level then other ones go up and down. They do not come from the pharmacy that way they are all centered from the front.. and crumbly and not breaking evenly is a easy sign.. because a lot of fakes look legit but don't break right. So please people be careful. Fairwell.

About the tell tale sign you said about the line should be centered. I noticed that too... In the M's, when you flip it over the line should be centered on the other side through the M per say with the 30 imprint on top right? You shouldn't flip over a M and the line be up and down through the M and the 30 on the side of the M on the other side?
First and foremost, be careful stating "everyone in Florida abuses oxy" That is not true. What happened to your friend is not the result of the use of prescription pain medication. Unfortunately, I have been on pain meds for 5 years and had a hard time getting my meds filled here in Florida. However, I finally found a great pain management dr. and follow the rules. Never abused, and have enough control not too, just follow the directions. BTW........I am from Maryland as well, never heard of those off brands of oxy.
Hi Mike (original poster),
Sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. My condolences go out to you. With all due respect I think the moral of the story is to only obtain medication through a licensed pharmacy and not via other means; as there's really no easy way to trust that what you have is safe outside of a thorough lab analysis. A home drug-diagnostic kit may determine whether an 'opiate' is present, but I doubt if something like this would recognize any poisonous binders, fillers or other potentially unsafe additives that shouldn't be in there as well. You never know. This is definitely worth taking into consideration in my opinion, because even some of the most trusted pharmaceutical companies use cheap non-medicinal ingredients in their pills that have been linked to serious issues... So it wouldn't surprise me if a counterfeit contained even worse substances by comparison.... With that said, how can we even be so sure that it was the opioid that killed him and not a combination of different poisonous substances used as fillers to make up the bulk of the tablet? Even if you go through your doctor and pharmacy it's still probably a good idea to research each active and inactive substance to be on the safe side. Just wanted to add my two cents. Thanks for the heads up on these fake pills none the less!
I recently moved down here from Maryland (Montgomery County) and am in desperate need of a pain management doctor. I have recent MRI, X-Rays and reports. Please if you could email with the name of a doctor to get the medicine I was prescribed back home. Anything
Do you test them with a store bought drug panel kit? Which one? What's the process?
Midas,
Those kits that are commercially available are hit and miss at best. Furthermore they wouldn't indicate binders and fillers that may cause untold damage or delay absorption rates. You're really playing with fire.
