Fake Morphine

I suspect a local hospital is supplying fake morphine.
I took a bad reaction to nightly medication.
Recieing supposedly the same drug "Sevredol" via my GP on discharge, the effect is completely different.
How do I have this investigated, as I am encountering high levels of obstructive/defensive activity, without raising the issue specifically.
The relevant authorities seem reluctant to recieve any form of complaint on the NHS.
