Fairfax Virginia Oxycodone Clinic

Hi,
Are there any oxycodone Demerol clinics in the northern Virginia region? I am suffering an acute lower back pain attack. I get this once or twice every five years. I know I have to wait it out. Am in extreme sharp pain and either oxycodone or demerol usually is effective.
