hii sir my skin good but my face some part very dark so sir is melas cream m koi side effect to nhi honge na ye cream kya muje life time use krni hogi?

I can't understand your full post because only part of it is in english.... but regarding "Melas Cream", it reportedly contains the following list of ingredients:

Curcuma longa Rizome 15%
Santalum Album Oil 5%
Ocimum Sanctum Leave 3%
Aloe Vera Plant 5%
Embellica Officinalis 10%
Azadirachta Indica Oil 3%
Rosa Indica Flower 5%
and a cream base...

However, the only side effects I've seen mentioned were potential allergies, skin irritation, or darkening of the skin (instead of lightening) if you weren't using sunblock; since it works by peeling away layers.
