I would like to know if Metoprolol is a ganaric for Digoxin?

No, these are 2 different medications.

The brand name for Digoxin is Lanoxin, it is used to treat various heart conditions, namely a-fib.

However, Metoprolol is a beta blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, though it can also help with some heart conditions.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and lowered heart rate.
