Expired Oxycontin

Oxycodone does not get dangerous after its expiration, however, it can lose effectiveness and not work as well. Since it's been 7 years, I am betting that what you have is probably not going to work to treat pain after all this time.
In many cases, when someone uses an expired medication, they end up taking more and more of it, to try to get the same level of effectiveness and this is not a safe practice.
The smartest thing to do would be to safely dispose of the tablets.
