Expired Clindamycin 150mg

I have a history of sinus infections, i have this medication left from previous infection its expired on 3/15/2012 is it still usable. can not go to the dr. no insurance.

No, it isn't a good idea to use an expired antibiotic. They lose efficacy over time and that creates the risk of your developing antibiotic resistant bacteria, that problem may also be increased if you don't have enough to complete a full course of treatment.

Are there any low-income clinics in your area? They are usually much cheaper than going to a private physician.
