Expired Clindamycin

I have some expired clinamycin it is 5 and a half years old. Is it any good at all?

No, after that long of a time period, it has most likely lost most of its effectiveness and should be disposed of properly.

Not only will it be very questionable at treating any infections, but it can severely increase the risk of developing antibiotic resistant bacteria.
