What symptoms? What was it prescribed for?

The presence of an infection needs to be confirmed, before you take an antibiotic and, being expired, it may be starting to lose effectiveness, so it could create the risk of developing antibiotic resistant bacteria. You also need to make sure you have enough of it to complete a full course of treatment.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
