Exforge And Pregnancy

I have been on exforge for 4 years and recently found out im expecting. Will my baby be ok and normal if i took the med. For first 6 wks? I read that u should not take exforge while pregnant. Im worried

There is some evidence of possible risk to taking it, while pregnant. The best thing to do would be to inform your doctor, so they can switch you to a safer medication and check for any possible problems.

Labetalol is usually the preferred one for high blood pressure during pregnancy. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and low blood pressure.
