Evion Capsule 400 Mg

Hi,
I am 29 years old and have a dry sensitive skin. To improve my skin texture I have been taking evion 400 mg capsule once a day everyday for the past four years. My diet lacks fruits and vegetables as I hate vegetables. My skin has greatly improved because of the vitamin supplement. Just to make sure that I'm not overdosing.. I take my vitamin on an empty stomach and eat my protein (chicken) based meals a couple hours later.
My question is..am I taking too much vitamin e?
A little concerned coz I read online that one of the side effects of overdosing can affect the heart.
Also..the body stores vitamin e..so does this mean that after a certain period you have to stop eating the vitamin for fear of vitamin e overload in the body?

P. S. I also take one Aquasol A (vitamin A) capsule and a 500mg Celine (vitamin C) tablet along with the vitamin E evion 400mg capsule. Together, these vitamins I have noticed do the skin a lot of good. My worry is only about the inside health of the body coz I have no idea if I'm having a vitamin overdose and especially since I have been continuously taking them for so long.. As for detoxification (and also again.. coz it helps the skin fight dryness)..I drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in one glass of water. Am I overdoing the vitamins? Anyone who is educated about the matter..Please Help..
