Evion 400 Vitamin E Capsules To Help Stop Hair Fall

Hi. I'm 26 years old and want to know how I can stop my hair fall? I'm not using any medicine. Can i try evion 400 vitamin e capsules to help stop hair fall? If so, how many tablets should I take in a day? Pls advise.

Dont eat the tablet ... rather apply the liquid inside it on your scalp ... Mix that liquid with the oil and apply to your scalp .. it really helps ... it helped me so I m suggesting

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that may help encourage hair growth, reduce follicle damage and inflammation. However, if you're consistently losing hair, there may be some other underlying reason (such as a nutrient deficiency, anemia, etc). If it were me, I would probably look into getting blood work done to check for such deficiencies. I'd also evaluate my diet to see what improvements (if any) could be made for the greater good in so far as getting sufficient levels of B vitamins, iron, biotin, protein, etc...

How long has the hair loss been a problem for?
