Evion 400 Vitamin E Capsules How To Use For Hair Fall

I am having a lot of my hair falling out along with dandruff. I have tried Kune hair straightener cream, and after using this my hair is falling out more. I've tried many oils and shampoos, unfortunately these have not helped me. Will Evion 400 help and how do I use this?
