Evion 400 Vitamin E Capsules For Facial Chicken Pox Scars

I m 37 yrs old. Recently had chicken pox. Scars allover the body have disappeared but facial scars still remain. Can I use vitamin e capsules for this? if so how? pl ack.

While vitamin E can be great for the overall health of your skin and hair, it is not going to do much to get rid of scars.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and diarrhea, due to its potency.

There are some products available that can help. You should speak to your doctor to discover which one is right for you.
