Evion 400 Vitamin E Black Capsules

Can we use evion 400 vitamin e black capsules to dye white hair.Is it true ?If it is, is it safe for our eyes and scalp.

It is just a nutritional supplement that contains Vitamin E, it will not dye your hair.

Even if it is in black capsules, there isn't enough dye in the capsule construct to dye your hair.
