Hi Dharmik,

Based on my research, the dosing indications for Evion are usually 100-300 mgs per day. If necessary however, the dosing guidelines state that you can also talk to your doctor about upping the dose to as much as 1 gram a day. So taking 400 mgs once a day still falls under safe dosing protocols.

Mango
Mulberries
Nectarine

Filberts/Hazelnuts
Pine Nuts/Pignolias
Sunflower Seeds
