This is not manufactured by Ethex, the pills with the OC marking and an additional number on the opposite side are the name brand Oxycontin manufactured by Purdue Pharma. They are the only company that is currently allowed to manufacture the time released form of Oxycodone, to help lower the risk of abuse and diversion.

The tablet you mentioned contains 80mgs of Oxycodone.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
