The one with the OC marking on it is not made by Ethex, that is the name brand and was made by Purdue and no, it has been discontinued and replaced with the new Oxycontin OP, which has been specially formulated to help prevent abuse.

Otherwise, it is supposed to work the same and have the same side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
