what pharmacy carries ethex brand generic oxycontin?

Well first Walgreens visit I got generic Oxycontin so it's def true but I got the Mallinckollit kind very similar to the old oval 80s! Def better then the ops so I'm somewhat happy! Better luck nexttime hopefully! Thanks so much Irene for the info! I Definitley feel a little better today! My pain Dr said that maybe 1-2 people out of all the people at my pain management office are having problems with these new ops! Hopefully the FDA and Purdue realize this is NOT a good medication! They haven't asked yet but all the op releif complaints are being documented! Hopefully their concerned with the info! Everyone feel better and Godbless!

oxy, make that a sis not bro! i filled my paper of 80 mg ethex on thursday at walgreens here in florida for the third month in a row. same old oc's that im used to. make sure you check into. i heard kmart and walmart too but havent been able to find there. hope you feel better.

Thanks Irene I will do that! It's late here 430am! Ugh! Can't sleep AGAIN! Painman I been looking into this ETHEX thing and I believe I heard a few people say Kmart and Walmart also! Im not sure if it's true but I've read that a few times on some forum! Google ETHEX Oxycontin 80 mg and look around and try topix forum some good people there! Good luck! I hope Ur pain will subside soon I'm hurting myself :-( can't sleep and my head is pounding! Godbless bro!

oxycontin: listen, first you have to go there. walgreens esp. will not tell you anything over phone. next, u have to get someone to listen to you. if they don't have, ask them to order. i'd reccoment going in before your appt and if they don't tell them to order BUT u have to get someone to listen to what you are saying and CHECK TO SEE IF THEY HAVE. These techs are so LAZY they will just say no WITHOUT looking.

Anybody know if any walgreens in Ct have the ETHEX Ocs? I've called all the Walgreens they told me there isn't any generic Oxycontin 80mg! I go to PMD on Monday :-( Sooo Far NOOO luck!!! Pls if anybody has any suggestions pls let me know these Ops are giving me Migraines UNBELIEVABLE Migraines! Ugh! Not sure if maybe this ETHEX thing is in country areas because I've had no luck here!

no, i do not have questions! there is a generic of oxycontin! it is the old formula ocs being made by purdue and distributed by ethex and apotex. you can get them at walgreens EVERYWHERE. i was looking for another place besides walgreens. do some research and you will see i speak the truth. but thank you for your information.and time.

That is absolutely correct. Walgreens does carry Ethex Oxycodone ER which is the generic for oxycontin. Its the same pill as the original OC/40, Ive got them twice when I took my Rx and ask for generics. Apotex brnad is also at Walgreens and it is the same OC/40 also.

i didn't ask if it exists or not,,,IT EXISTS. ethex is paying royalties to purdue to distribute the old formula of ocs. apotex is doing the same thing, i'm wondering where BESIDES WALGREENS can you get these GENERIC OXYS? THAT IS THE QUESTION. THEY DO EXIST AND THEY ARE ONLY $10.41 EACH. THEY ARE NOT LEFT OVER. THE PATENT EXPIRED ON THE 20'S, 40'S AND 80'S MAKING IT LEGAL FOR OTHERS TO DISTRIBUTE AND PURDUE STILL BANKS. YOU DIDN'T THINK A COMPANY AS LARGE AS PURDUE WOULD HAVE COMMITTED SUICIDE DID YOU?

There is no generic Oxycontin, to prevent abuse and diversion, Oxycontin is only available as the brand name made by Purdue.

Ethex does make a generic of the regular release formulation, the name brand for it would be Roxicodone.

It contains the same active ingredient, but it is not time released and it is not available in an 80mg dosage.
