This is not made by Ethex, there are simply a distributor for Purdue Pharma, for awhile, it seems they still had a supply of the original Oxycontin, however, once they are out, they will also only be able to provide the new formulation, Oxycontin OP.
If you are having problems with the medication, I can only suggest you report it to both Purdue and the FDA at the following numbers:
