Ethex Corporation lists it as containing 400mgs of Guaifenesin and 120mgs of Pseudoephedrine. It is most commonly used to treat cold symptoms.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and insomnia.
