Esperide Weight Gain

How do I lose weight while on esperide? Have been on esperide for about 4 months and I feel great. But since I've been on esperide I've struggled to lose weight. Is there a way to lose weight while using esperide?

According to reports by the U.S. FDA, this class of medications is well known as causing weight gain as a side effect, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache and mood swings.

Unfortunately, there isn't really a way to prevent it, or lose much, while still taking it, but you can try to control it by eating a healthy, low-fat diet and getting lots of exercise.

How much have you gained? Or are you just at a stalemate on losing?
