Got Testopel insertion about 3 weeks ago but still have an erection problem. Do I need something like Viagra or Cialis to take in addition to Testopel to get an erection?

Testopel is a testosterone supplement, so it will only help if your problem has been caused by a low testosterone level and, if that is the case, it will still take some time for it to return your testosterone levels to normal to remedy the erectile dysfunction.

Thus, in the meantime, yes you may need something else to help with the erectile dysfunction, such as Viagra or Cialis.

You should consult with your doctor and see if they think it is safe for you to use one of these medications.

How low were your testosterone levels?
