Epitec - Sleepin Tabs

I'm on epitec 200mg twice a day,I havr trouble sleeping, can I take a sleeping pill will this cancel out my medication I'm scared I myt never wake up, pls advise

Which sleeping pill do you want to try?

I can't just check all possible sleeping inducing medications in the world to see if they cause problems with Epitec. I need to know what specific ones you'd like me to check.

Can you please post back with more details?

And do you practice good sleep hygiene? Such as keeping a regular schedule? Not eating heavy meals at night? No caffeine or alcohol in the evenings?
