can ephedrine come in brown powder capsules with no logo or name?Would it typically be brown with reddish bits?

It is possible, depending on where it was obtained, other countries do not have the same regulations as the US regarding imprints.

I have never seen any, so I cannot tell you if this meets any description of it, or not.

It can also vary, depending on the companies formulation, so they all might not look the same.
