Excellium Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 20mgs of Furosemide, it is commonly used to treat high blood pressure, edema, and congestive heart failure.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and dehydration.
