Endogest 300 Once A Day Orally

Hi. I am 11 weeks pregnant and I have been taking endogest for the past month. Recently I've had some yellow vaginal discharge sometimes with brownish little clots. Is it because of the tablet? I had spotting but my ultrasound came back fine. Please advise. It's urgent and I am worried.
