Encorate Chrono 500mg And 300 Side Effect

i have been taking the dozage since last 6 years and what i am experiencing is a constant loss of memory, hair loss & immense weight gain. Please suggest can any of these sideeffects be over comed and even may decline. My weight is 111 kgs and my total dozage per day is that of 1800mg. Please if possible do suggest the preventive and precautionary measures for countering the medicines's side effects
