Hello,
Based on my research, Lactitol Monohydrate is an osmotic laxative to help hydrate the gut. If you use the Encelax for that reason, have you ever considered trying some OTC brands such as Dulcolax or Senna-S (natural vegetable laxative tablets? Those brands are carried at Walgreens online and CVS.
Please post back if you need further assistance!
