How much melatonin can you safely take while on 5mg of Eliquis twice a day?

is there a reaction if you are taking 5mg of eliquise and 10mg on melatonin

According to The University of Maryland Medical Center (umm.edu / drug interaction tool), there are no drug interactions listed between Eliquis and Melatonin. That said, it would probably be best to inform your prescribing doctor about anything/everything you intend to take alongside what they prescribe you; at least to be on the safe side.

One thing is certain though and that is our bodies naturally produce Melatonin, so I don't see how a pharmaceutical would interact with something already naturally occurring within us... unless of course the drug itself is flawed, which many man made substances are...
