Elicia 4mg Uses And Side Effects

My mother was given elicia 4mg by her doctor. At a later stage she was asked to take it twice a day. She kept losing weight after that and was hospitalised because her sodium levels dropped. What is elicia 4 mg used for.
Now the same doctor has changed the medication to mirtaz 7.5 mg, quitipin .75 mg and zolax .5 mg. but she is stil not at all comfortable with the same

I have been taking Sulpitac 50 mg for one year time and now my Psychiatrist suggested me to take Elicia 4mg from November 5th onwards.Please clarify me for what purpose the Elicia 4mg is given and can I come out of this tablet totally?
