Elevated Liver Enzymes

I have elevated liver enzymes, ALT- 1105 AST- 578 BILI Direct- 2.8 alka phos- 264. I was diagnosed with drug induced hepatitis after two months of court ordered Antabuse. I gave a urine screen last week that came back from the lab as positive for THC. I have read in quite a few forums and doctor websites that elevated enzymes can create a false positive. I haven't had marijuana in seven months. I am going to be violated because of this screen and I have done nothing wrong. I am also on 60mg of vyvanse daily that didn't even show up on their lab report and also 800mg of ibuprofen three times daily.

Insist on a mass-spec analysis. That should prove whether there's THC in your urine. I think that under certain programs, like employment physicals, they are required to do the mass-spec prior to any sort of negative action. Good luck!
