I didn't find any problems or interactions listed, but it's always best to double check such information to be safe, you should also always check with your doctor to make sure that you can take something, when on a blood thinner.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Eldoper as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, bloating and constipation.
