Elcarnatine - Need Information

I hear that its used by injections to remove fat.. what are the side affects. Is it legal in the States?

Do you mean Carnitine? (biologically active form is L-carnitine) If so Carnitine is a quaternary ammonium compound biosynthesized from the amino acids lysine and methionine. Although L-carnitine has been marketed as a weight-loss supplement, there is no scientific evidence to date to show that it improves weight loss.
