Is it safe to use eglynol during pregnancy?

The active ingredient in it is Espiride, this is an antidepressant, commonly used by breast feeding women who are suffering from post-partum depression. It is also known to help stimulate milk production, so some doctor's prescribe it for that as well.

As to the safety of it, I cannot find that information, however, as I said it is commonly used and you should follow your doctor's instructions and speak with them about any concerns.
