Effexor Immediate Response Needed

I take 2 150 mg of effexor daily equaling 300 ,mg now I see the pills are 37.5 as intake 2 of this daily,does this equal to my 300 mg or ia this a pharmacy mistake!!!!???? ,help! As I just lost my twin sister died unexpectedly,as I'm now VERY DEVASTATED already..

No, that is nowhere near 300mgs, taking two of the 37.5mgs tablets would only mean you're getting 75mgs of the medication.

However, it is very odd to be taking 300mgs of this, because the maximum is usually only 225mgs.

Are you certain that you've been taking 300mgs?
