Effexer Xr And Kidney Transplant Patients

my Doc. just started me on effexer xr does anyone know how it will effect a kidney transplant patient, the dose is 37.5 1 aday for 1 week then bump up to two a day for three weeks

I've had my transplant for over 4 yrs. ago.
No problems using affexor.
