I am taking szm/tmp ds 800-160 and doxy-cycl 100mg both twice daily and just observed very reduced urine flow. please advise what to do

The SMZ/TMP, which is a generic for Bactrim, is a sulfa based antibiotic, so it might cause urinary retention. Have you contacted your doctor? You may need to switch to a different antibiotic.

Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
